Holy shit, I am so pumped for Release the Bullshit Broadcast! It is the place that I designed specifically to make energetics feel accessible, like something you can actually integrate into your life today in a way that feels good for you (at an absolutely illogical exchange lol).

What are energetics?

The understanding that you are energy, your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors are energy. Others are energy, so is the Earth, the stars. And also, interactions, experiences, and traumas are energy.

And because we are, receive, and process it all the time, then we also can influence and shift it.

The point: YOU ARE FUCKING POWERFUL.

And there is a difference between knowing that and believing it. Between hearing the information and integrating it. Between doing the actions but not backing it up with the mindset.
