This program literally means everything to me. It holds a lot of significance because my journey with belief, particularly self belief, is a lifelong one. One that has hurt and been a struggle for such a long time.
And also, one that I have experienced massive growth in. Yes, it’s taken time and effort (yours might too – or not). And, I’m here. I relentlessly believe in myself. I believe that I am willing to do the work – yes, the action and follow-through work, but also the DEEP internal work. I believe that I can trust myself (because I have shown myself that I can over and over – and even the times I thought didn’t work out, I could trust myself then too). I believe that I am willing to go scared, to walk the talk, to be an example for my babies.
This is what is possible. This, and so much more.

Honestly, it took me a long time to realize the truth about WHY I lacked relentless self belief, it was because I questioned myself, wanted to make others comfortable, was seeking approval… and on and on. But the root of it all is BELIEF.
Self belief – true, relentless, self belief – confidence – self trust… it comes from knowing, being, and showing up as who you ARE.
And to know who you are, to be who you are, to show up as who you are,
… It requires intentionality. It requires deep self reflection, healing, commitment, and grace. It requires continual growth.
